No Horses Seen
On a recent trip to be free from the restrictions of COVID, my boyfriend and I took a trip to Assateague, VA to see if we could find a few horses.
It was a beautiful, sunny, windy day, but no horses were in the wild to see. So instead I took some cool photos of trees. There are a number of trails to walk on with one even taking you to the lighthouse which of course was closed due to COVID. It was the first real escape I had been on since the Pandemic hit. It was refreshing to breath the fresh air near water.
Lo and behold, we go back to our motel and outside in a nearby stables was this beautiful white haired, blue eyed lady.
And of course there was another very hungry horse who didn’t care what his photo looked like. At least I saw horses. Next time hopefully I’ll see the wild ones.
